The 6-week program includes:
12 small group sessions
College-level strength and agility program
- Basic to advanced speed, agility, and strength circuit
- Initial evaluation and end of session testing to track progression
- Injury prevention and proper warm-up and cool-down training
- Program tailored toward each athlete and skill level/age
- All equipment and space provided
Dates: Jan 29 to Mar 8
Wednesdays: 7 PM - 8:15 PM
Saturdays: 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM
Players will be grouped by age and skill
Cost: $175/Player

Waiver and Registration
I understand that there are certain risks and dangers associated with the
activity and use of the facilities. I fully understand the risks involved.
I fully assume the risks involved as acceptable to me and I agree to use my
best judgment in undertaking these activities and follow all safety
instructions.
I waive and release the Owner and the Owner’s employees from any claim for
personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from my use of the
facilities or from my participation in the activities or instruction.
